Utilizing his passion in F&B sector, he has spent the last 15 years understanding the Food Service business and founded Sakabayashi, a Sake Bar in Hong Kong and formed The Brewers Concept Group to create a network for the Sake market in Hong Kong. Holder of WSET Level 3 Award in Sake and WSET Level 2 Award in Wine. He manages the group’s business operations and will frequently travel between Japan and Hong Kong.
