Sake Service Institute qualified Sake Sommelier, Holder of WSET Level 3 Award in Sake, WSET Level 2 Award in Wine. She will oversee all operations in Japan Branch and will provide support to Hong Kong.

Founder of The Brewers Concept group, with an exemplary career in the Food Service Industry and management level for the last 10 years. Utilizing his passion in F&B sector, he has spent the last 15 years understanding the Food Service business and founded Sakabayashi, a Sake Bar in Hong Kong and formed The Brewers Concept Group to create a network for the Sake market in Hong Kong. Holder of WSET Level 3 Award in Sake and WSET Level 2 Award in Wine. He manages the group’s business operations and will frequently travel between Japan and Hong Kong.
