Our Concept

We aim to connect the breweries and exporters of Japan to the world importers. We believe that there is a high potential and possibility in expanding sake markets overseas. Therefore, we wish to act as the bridge between Japan and overseas market, enhancing the knowledge and information exchange among breweries, exporters and importers, and to reveal the true value of sake.

We are committed to export Japanese sake to the world with its true taste and story. The most important aspect is for us to connect breweries, exporters and importers who share the same value: Quality Control (reefer logistics and cold warehouse storage), Brand Building and Education.

The Brewers Concept Limited (Hong Kong) started business with Imadeya in 2021. We share the same vision in promoting Japanese sake to the world whilst ensuring the quality and concept of sake delivered to overseas end users. Our portfolio consists of famous and boutique breweries from all over Japan.

In 2022, to cope with our business development, The Brewers Concept Limited started a strategic partnership with Shu Gen Washuya (Hong Kong): Shu Gen Washuya will focus on wholesale and retail sales in Hong Kong and Macau area, while The Brewers Concept Limited will focus on administration and connection with Imadeya Kabushikikaisha and breweries.

With the opening of Japan Branch, The Brewery Concept GK, the exportation related businesses will be transferred to Japan office for more efficient communication with our Japanese partners.
