Day Trip to Gifu Prefecture - Nakashima Brewery
For this tour, we will meet up in the morning and enjoy the famous Hitsumabushi (Grilled Eel Rice Bowl) together near Nagoya Station. Then we will depart to Mizunami Station (by JR) and visit the Nakashima Brewery - Kozaemon. Followed by a tasting session, we will move to a hidden gem around the brewery and enjoy a night with Kozaemon sake.
Qualified Tour guide and TBC staff for interpretation will be escorting the tour.

You can enjoy the Nagoya gourmet “Hitsumabushi” (Grilled Eel Rice Bowl) for lunch, and enjoy local Izakaya with Kozaemon sake near the sake brewery!
Point 2：Guided Brewery Tour by Brewery Representative/Brewers
A detailed and in depth tour in sake brewery guided by knowledgeable staff for over 2 hours. You can ask any questions you want and deepen your sake knowledge.
Point 3：Escorted by professional TBC team
TBC team acquired full knowledge on sake as SSI Kikisakeshi and bearer of WSET Level 3 award in sake. The team is also experienced in visiting sake breweries that can make sure you have the best experience.
Point 4：Guided tasting of Kozaemon sake
The brewery will offer you a wide range of sake to taste after the tour. You can enjoy their sake and ask any questions you want.
Point 5：Shopping time
You may purchase sake and gifts from the brewery as you may not be able to buy in other places. Bring back a bottle from Kozaemon for a good memory of this special trip.
Point 6：Enjoy sake pairing dinner with brewery representatives
The representative will join our sake pairing dinner, introducing the secret of sake pairing, and have a fun time together.

※This tour is only available for participants over 20 years old (legal drinking age in Japan).
※The tour fee does not include any personal spending or transport fee that not mentioned above.
※We will inform you one week in advance if the tour cannot be arranged.
※You are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour.
※To avoid any delay of the tour, please arrive the meet up spot 10minutes before the call time. Please understand that we cannot wait for the late comers.
※In case of bad weather (i.e. Typhoon, Heavy snow..etc), we will inform you about cancellation by email one day (24 hours) before the tour.
※Depends on the traffic and weather conditions, the aforesaid schedule may vary without prior notice.
※Cancellation policy:
10 Days before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
4 Days before the tour (including the tour day): 100% of the tour fee
No show: 100% of the tour fee
